Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they meet these conditions:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Undamaged and unused
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following precision tools cannot be returned:
- Brushes (all types)
- Gundam Markers (opened or used)
- Detail Tools (if packaging is opened)
- Basic Tools sets with broken seals
- Special order items marked “final sale”
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive our Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions
- Securely package the item(s) with original packaging and accessories
- Include the printed RMA form inside the package
- Ship to our Mesa facility at:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after inspection approval
- Refund Method: Original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify your desired replacement item in your initial email
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (especially critical for precision tools like GodHand nippers or DSPIAE products):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Expect priority processing for replacement items
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
